CM-D powder coating Automatic Container Mixer

CM(-D) series automatic container mixer for powder coating production line: Technology has been improved based on Germany MIXACO mixer.

Main technology is accordance with MIXACO automatic container mixer, having great improvement on electrical equipment. All pneumatic accessories are imported from FESTO, programmable procedure controller improved the transducer speed in turning period, much reducing the impact effect, to improve the reliability in the whole process.

The CM series container mixers are used for the mixing of powdery and granular mixing material of all kinds. The container mixers
Guarantee intensive mixing. Because of the rotary movement of the mixing tools and the optimal tool geometry. The mixing material is brought into a centrifugal movement. The product rises up due to the pressure at the cylindrical part, and is guided and drawn into the middle again afterwards. A typical mixing whirl is generated by this circulation and ensures optimal mixing gentle to the product, even with the smallest mixture components. The averge mixing time is at about 3~6minutes.

Traits:

1. Double speed mixing,with frequency converter, Two mixing blades: one is for preminxing, the other smaller one is for dispersing, in order to make mix result much more effective. ( seen the indicating picture)
